Who Planning and Design :
                             

The tower was designed by Adrian Devaun Smith was born August 19, 1944, and is an American architect.
He designed the World's largest structure. Burj Khalifa, as well as the building projected to surpass it, the Jeddah tower, is a longtime principal of Skidmore.

Studies:  When he was  4 years old, his family moved to Southern California, where he grew up. His drawing skills are good.

During the 2008 financial crisis, Abu Dhabi supported Dubai financially. As a gesture of respect, the tower was renamed Burj Khalifa, honouring Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed AL Nahyan, the former president of the UAE.
